Returns and Refunds
You may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
1. Faulty Items:
- If your item is faulty or doesn't function properly, please provide photo or video evidence of the issue within 30 days of receipt.
- Once the evidence is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund immediately without requiring the item to be returned.
2. Items Not as Described, Unexpected, or No Longer Needed:
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.
- A full refund will be processed once we receive the item in its original condition and packaging.
- You have an additional 30 days to return the goods after notifying us.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.
3. Sale Items:
- Sale items are eligible for the same refund rights as full-priced items.
Important Note:
Bertond reserves the right to decline refunds for items damaged due to unauthorized repair attempts or repairs conducted by third parties.
Warranty Policy
Manufacturer's Guarantee:
- All Bertond products include a 9-month warranty from the purchase date, covering defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
- This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, such as dropping the product or intentional misuse.
Repair or Replacement:
- Bertond will repair or replace defective products at no cost.
- If the product is irreparable, we will replace it with a new one.
- Refunds are not issued under the manufacturer's guarantee; only repairs or replacements are provided.
